Executive and Technical Committees
These meetings are intended to provide project information to agency technical staff and appointed/elected officials or their representatives, and to request input on corridor vision, purpose and need, and alternative plans for improvement.

Executive Committee (EC)
The Executive Committee (EC) will include elected/appointed officials or senior staff representing corridor agencies (Arapahoe County, Douglas County, City of Aurora, City of Centennial, Town of Foxfield, Town of Parker) and CDOT, and RTD. The EC will meet to address corridor vision, project purpose and need, alternative plans for improvements, mitigation options, prioritization of improvements and project funding.

Technical Advisory Committee (TAC)
The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will consist of the Project Team project managers, along with technical staff from Arapahoe County, Douglas County, City of Aurora, City of Centennial, City of Greenwood Village, Town of Foxfield, Town of Parker, CDOT, RTD, DRCOG and FHWA. The TAC will provide technical input on the need for corridor improvements, review of alternative plans, assist in identifying potential impacts and developing mitigation options, and prioritization of improvements.
Community Resource Panel (CRP)
The project team will meet with groups representing property and business owners or others directly affected by the project work to identify likely impacts and discuss possible mitigation or resolution techniques. The CRP will also be used to get feedback on communication tactics to ensure they are effective.
All focus group meetings are held at Arapahoe County Public Works, 10730 E. Briarwood Avenue, Centennial.
